Do it! I have disabled the vibration on my phone while in silent mode entirely. (And keep it in silent mode when I am not expecting a call.) So much more peaceful – I’m not constantly interrupted by my phone and it’s up to me when I check it.

Update: fitters have requested and assisted with the relocation of the various towers into the bathroom to stay out of the way. Currently sat on the sofa trying to keep out of the way
