2 small improvements I've made to our pitch deck template to empower non-designers in my team:
- All decorative backgrounds are assembled into a component so that they can be swapped easily
- All placeholder text is educational content about graphic design and how to use Figma Slides

I'm not an ai advocate by all mean and I try to use it as little as possible but this visual in particular would have taken me a full day of work on photoshop 2 years ago and I finished it in the time it took me to drink an espresso (double shot)

Two approaches to one problem: how do you design a jauge with thresholds that have variable values, while ensuring optimal readability for any measured value?
1. Change threshold position
2. Adapt scale for each range between thresholds
Each has it's advantages and compromises...

Some of the many agricultural-themed custom icons I designed for Genesis. I made them consistent with the Carbon design system guidelines so they would be a good fit with IBM Plex Sans that we use for throughout the platform.

When adding a dynamic dimension to a set of metrics (evolution over time versus baseline), is it better to:
1-group baseline and evolution together for each metric
or
2-Have all baselines in one section, and evolution of all metrics in another?
I usually go for 1 but here I'm trying 2...
