sweated onions, garlic, rough cut potatos&carrots and peppercorns, simmer 45min until soft (a little underdone is ok)
add paprika and veg protien (sausage/chunks/bacon/beans/etc) and kale/thin cut cabbage and simmer ~15min until tender
had some ryvita, peppers&soymilk to use up too
