I’m tired of playing by rules no one else is playing by.

This isn’t popular to say but I’m tired of fighting to be seen and heard, just to do the thing I love. I’ve tried to be a good help to others and it almost always comes back to bite me in the butt. So I don’t know. I’m just here wearing my smile mask trying not to become something jaded and cold.
