point being its easy to imagine any legal-sounding prompt landing in that cluster and then just bouncing meaninglessly between those words because of how insular it is. especially if the model lacks (or even is curated to avoid) legalese training data & is tuned for conversational english

total guess, but any given legalese probably has similar grammar to legalese from unrelated laws in irrelevant jurusdictions. so regardless of context, they all form pretty much the same group of word associations, and that cluster is sort of its own dialect far removed from regular english
