Idk if you’ve ever gotten platelets (lots of chemo pts do) but I’m a donor! I sit in the chair for a couple of hours 2x a month to give 3 units! I do it bc FUCK CANCER. But if you have- it’s a big hug from a stranger who is cheering you on. I promise! I think about my recipients all the time. 💙
