Today, the Yankees non-tendered RHP Michael Arias, RHP Jake Cousins, RHP Scott Effross, RHP Ian Hamilton and RHP Mark Leiter Jr.

Certainly to reassure UCI after Lazkano's suspension. As long as teams continue to place their trust in individuals with questionable backgrounds, professional cycling will remain a sport that is constantly surrounded by controversy.
