The situation with the British did become a war. And that's not comparable to what's happening now. Germany slowly surrendered to Hitler. But yes we are in a war. It's just not a shooting War yet. We've been in a war since Trump started ignoring the constitutional amendments.

If there are no terrified legislators, you got to be doing something wrong. World War II, The last time the USA battled fascism, wasn't one because of peaceful protest.

Of course when that happens and the Democratic party should use their authority to impeach every Justice that lied about Roe being settled matter, or any other of their judicial crimes, the Democratic party will roll over and say, but it'll look like we're persecuting them.
