Absolutely, also in the end of Phd your mind can trick you with negative thoughts telling that you should have written your Phd differently. This is normal and does not change the fact that you did your best in the given time with the knowledge you have…and…your work is good 😌
We don't talk enough about all the heartbreak and grief and pure stress the end of a PhD is - there is really no way but through it and your struggle does not determine your level of competence, strength, or outlook to do an absolute briliant job in the end 🥰
Get yourself friends who sit with you (in that grief) for an entire afternoon while you present the same thing over and over, purely, & simply, because they want to fight alongside you to succeed.

Sounds sooo cool... If I can convince myself that I can solve my visa issues without falling into an anxiety crisis, I will definitely apply! 😅
