Next step: the govt has to review the latest version of her amended statement of claim & decide whether it still wants to have the case thrown out. If not, then they have to file their defence

Respondents think her case is too weak to go to trial, so want it thrown out asap

Linda filed her statement of claim to commence the lawsuit, then wanted to amend it not just once but twice. Govt said “no you can’t keep amending it” so she had to get the court’s permission which was granted

It really depends! I haven’t seen the amended SOC or the Govt’s grounds for objecting to it so impossible to predict what the outcome will be here

Haha technically the defence didn’t win, the prosecution couldn’t prove their case

Also that guy is connected with the NSN - he recently attended their function in Ballan and marched with the group on August 31 at their March For Australia event
