You do not know me anymore. In these years, I have changed a great deal. The person you knew is gone. The person you knew would feel bad about it all. The person I am now could not be happier that you're gone. The now Is ever-shifting, changing. Yet you still seem stuck in your ways. Nothing gained.

"I would have expected this from NORTH Korea, not SOUTH Kore-" you have the historical & geopolitical understanding of a satsuma. Research the bloody history & legacy of the US backed military dictatorships or sit this one out.

Seems really obvious coming from a poet, but man I just now realized how important poetry is for me. Not just the written ones, but finding special meaning in smaller and generic things, or stuff people say without thinking. It's one of the main things that keep me going in daily life.

The aspect of Miquella's character I find the most relatable is, oddly enough, his curse of nascency. Superficially, it means he is cursed to forever look young and child-like, but I like to think it goes deeper than that - extending to all of his activities and goals.

Questioning basic and fundamental things people take for granted is always very fun. And I don't necessarily mean serious/political stuff, more so everyday stuff. Like, take an expression used around you often and apply it to a different, but not strictly "wrong", context. The reactions are funny.

I've a feeling that if god exists, and that's a big if, then his presence is only felt in the small things. The spring in your step, the flavourfulness of water when you're thirsty, the small coincidences that bring people together when you least expect it. All the little moments of "magic" in life.

once i was having a dinner party and someone asked what the music was and i said "oh, edith piaf" but they heard "oh, eat your pilaf" and i coincidentally had served pilaf so they just kind of obediently tucked in like "okay maybe i can ask questions later" this makes me laugh every time i remember

General reminder that EVERYTHING in life is interesting. Never mock someone for enjoying a thing that you don't understand, as long as it isn't hurting anyone.
Just means you haven't discovered why it's interesting yet. And the best way to do that is to ask them, and then LISTEN.

I was meant to go to a museum today but the weather outside is blustery and unfabulous, and also February has sprouted another day this year, so I will do it tomorrow, today is for naps and snacks
