It’s 400 feet from a public library, an SPS elementary school(that needs enrollment), three bakeries, and a market. Not to mention School of Rock! This is a great idea. The way the roads are there its also easy to have it facing the quiet residential area.

Like…this is fine I like this. I also just fundamentally think people have cares and concerns not directly fed to them by media framing so I guess that puts me on the Matty side sort of.
