I completely agree and will add: D) the exchange rate still sucks; and E) even with travel insurance I worry about healthcare costs if I have a major health issue. In short, travel to the US is not worth the risks.

Yep. And I don't want to like this post now that admin has offered a moderate costs of living in increase that comes at the cost of our rights, such as:
- removing the ability to appeal merit increments from our annual reports
- forcing us to cross the picket lines of other union employees

They really are in the fall. Spring time the females wander all over the place but the males stick close to their log. Happy to provide tips on tracking down males in the spring. Some males will happily drum in front of you, no hide required!

One trick if they do flush is keep walking for 10-15 min then go back to where they flushed. They often return quickly to patches of good food, especially in the fall.

Which is why I think we should stick to 110. If the average speed is 115-120, then that appears to be a manageable amount of risk. But increasing the speed to then people go even faster is insane.
