Me too. Regarding the comment on the podcast I’m pretty sure the herring is salted or cured rather than pickled.

I have to admit Moose Farts did not sound immediately appealing until I remembered oh yeah Moosetracks ice cream is a favourite around here. I guess that extra directness takes an extra beat to get past.
