still sinking in a bit but I actually did it. I own my own home now. I never need to deal with shitty landlords, or flat hunting, or stressing about where I am going to live ever again. I did it!

settlement funds have gone to the lawyers. final pre-purchase inspection tomorrow and then getting the keys the day after arrrgh!!
biggest amount of money I have ever spent in one go (until I have to pay the rest next week) but deposit has been paid and contract has gone unconditional.

woke up ugly crying after a dream about have a massive dysphoria attack that led to me having to come out to my mum, but also I was Gohan dbz for some reason so had to also come out about being able to fly and shoot lasers out of my hands at the same time.

A sub sandwich is fine for outdoor use, especially at range, but for home defense a grilled cheese is much better suited to a close quarters environment.
