It is ungrammatical, because you say so, because "obviously not grammatical"? Excellent argumentation skills and convincing responses, I'll give you that!

I think one should be careful when using scientific terms that have a v. specific meaning. 'Ungrammatical' means that at least one rule of grammar has been violated. It's not about me treating it as grammatical' it's about neither of us being able to say 'it's ungrammatical bc rule X is violated'.
