Finished another spindle in my Jenkins Rainbow along. Teal is finished on my Mopane Finch. Now I'm going to circle around and spin the yellow and green. I had spun these colors previously, but sadly lost the spindles. Next up is Yellow on a Kingwood Finch.

This tablet weaving project has been quite the challenge but it has brought me so much joy! This is the finest thread I’ve woven with to date and getting the gradient just right across the warp added an extra layer of difficulty, but well worth it!

I’ve had this project in mind from the moment I got my hands on the Penelope band loom. These are my very first handwoven shoelaces! They are a perfect match with my Allbirds.

I always love to learn how to do new things. Tablet weaving has been on my to learn list for several years. With the development of Penelope, I’m ready to dive in and explore this new to me craft.

Sweater progress is going well! I’ve reached the point where I will be sectioning off the arms and starting in on the body with the gradient. I’m so excited to see how the gradient develops.

My second sweater is well on its way! I’m feeling a lot more confident this go around. I’m thankful for all my tools that help make projects like this go smoother and add an extra flair of fun.

@thebluebrick.bsky.social did such an amazing job making colorways based on these buggies and the fact that that each sock set is two skeins plus one solid for heels and toes is perfection. 🧶

OH MY SQUEEE!!! I’ve been waiting for this yarn ever since @thebluebrick.bsky.social told me she was doing a bug themed sock box. It was so worth the wait! Rosa Latte the spider, helped me unbox… told her it was a box full of bug yarn… NO Rosa it’s not bugs to eat… 🧶
