Lets remember we are at a war started by #UU fishing mafia against local populations & sustainability. No flag granted without thorough checks incl. beneficiaries. We must know who fishes what, where and when, and who benefits from #IUU. States must go beyond flags and see where these people are based. National control laws needed to ensure enforcement, says Ms Vulperhorst, IUU director at @oceanaeurope.bsky.social,on behalf of EU #IUUFishing Coalition. #UNOC3
