Starting to put everything together. I want the blade foam and the inner foam to slot up well, so I added some extra foam to the blade to trim to shape once everything is attached because I’m bad at math

I *think* I’ll end up using heat and bond to adhere the fabric to the foam. No stretch / manipulation will be required so I think it’s the optimal choice. Using spray adhesive or contact cement would just make in an absolutely pita to pull over

I have once again neglected social media, but the idea is idea-ing. The foam cover was also way harder to pull over the sword than anticipated so I think it just lives there now lol?
