Same here 😅 I have parts I’m self-conscious about too, but they’re all part of me and I’ve learned to embrace them.

Exactly! The problem isn’t looking like Ken or Barbie. there’s nothing wrong with people who work on their bodies like that. The issue is that society treats that ideal as the standard for everyone,which isn’t realistic since not everyone wants it or is built that way."Real" bodies are beautiful too

I want to promote a more relaxed and realistic view of the body, both here and in the nudist world. Bodies change, move, hang, and that’s completely normal.
I hope this inspires others to be real and show their bodies as they truly are. Authenticity is beautiful. 💛

knowing the local rules and expectations makes the whole experience so much smoother. And it’s true, many “public” nude spots are really just remote places where people are used to it. Love that your Hawaii moment was so chill and natural. Sounds like a perfect vibe! 👌

it’s a big step to show yourself more openly in a general space. But once you do it, it usually feels incredibly freeing, like dropping a weight you didn’t realize you were carrying. Go at your own pace, and when you feel ready, you’ll feel that rush of confidence too. You’ve got this!
