this whole fucking round i was kicking myself for discarding the 7 to call riichi (trying to set up a trap where the 8 looks super safe to discard) and completely missing that i could've had a pure double sequence, and it turns out that it was the correct discard according to MAKA

The choice is between whether to discard the 7 pin and call riichi waiting on an 8 pin, or vice versa. My discard choice- which the computer agrees with- was to call riichi discarding the 7.

One standee has Ririka, Kanade, and Mayu on it in traditional Japanese dress and holding traditional Japanese instruments, and the other has Natsuki and Reina in their school uniforms. The poster is hard to make out from this distance but has many characters on it. A poster for Liz and the Blue Bird, as well as a signed poster for Season 1 of Hibike! Euphonium. In addition, there is a shikishi from 2016 celebrating the release of season 1.

posting my bread
a delicious loaf of honey whole wheat bread on a cutting board. two slices have just been sliced off the end. the crumb is immaculate, light but not too airy, cohesive without being dense. the crust is perfectly browned and there’s a little dusting of flour on top.
