Yeah, but maybe it means the footpath is too narrow. I often have to navigate through slow, gawping and selfie-ing tourists in the centre of Barcelona, and to an extent you have to accept that that's how people are, otherwise it just makes you fume.

Nah, I think the guy in the article has it wrong. He's just being intolerant. Streets are for people, whether they're hurrying or strolling. On refocusing urban space away from the car and in favour of pedestrians, however, I think he's right.

Nice article, very interesting. Ideally, we want to have both online choice and local business interaction. So if they can put values on our behaviours and choices in the algorithms, then they (goverment) can assign value to how our neighbourhoods should look, and stop one company taking everything.

Why would a 2 for Gavin get transferred to HH? If you only vote 1 there's no transfer at all, so then, a CC-1 with Gavin-2 wouldn't go to HH at all, it wouldn't go anywhere, I think.

I often pass by, coming and going to work. It's only this week that it's starting to look like a place people might go to see a match. But at the same time, it's still a huge building site.
