Can't believe people don't get this; but the reason this payment processor shit has to be all or nothing is because once these freaks establish a line on what fiction is or isn't okay the line will only move further and further in. You have to fight against the line entirely.

the thing about moral panics is they aren't about moral panics. it's about community control and rampant bigotry. censorship is a tool of fascists, those who purity police are fascists, and if your disgust agrees with their mission more than the right for fiction to gross you out, you are a fascist

the thing is, if that if itch had done the opposite thing and decided to say no to visa/mc and all payments to the site were permanently and instantly closed, people would be reaming them saying they unilaterally destroyed tens of thousands of people's income and destroyed small indie

A lot of folks use wetransfer to send final files to their AD. Just a heads up that they changed their terms of service to say that they own the right to any work you upload and can use it to "train" their machine learning and also to reproduce it indefinitely

Embarrassing how the media is completely ignoring this. There's likely over 200,000 trans people on ACA plans (1% of 24 million)
