I have written to the council's cabinet member for adult care about this.

Great to see new development proposals being discussed in Oak Tree - however I hope these plans include/consist of affordable housing allowing for more families and individuals to join the property ladder, opposed to the extortionate low-quality new builds that are currently popping up everywhere.
