The more I read about quokka’s from @theferocity.bsky.social’s posts, the more I relate to them.
You get a fine if you touch a quokka. But also, the quokkas love humans and snacks so they’ve gotten pretty good at getting humans to interact with them which is so funny. I think of it as the Quokka Tax.
Also, when threatened, they apparently throw their babies at predators. We’ve all been there.

Tell me more about quokkas. I've got 4 years of Trump to endure and filling that with quokkas feels like a better use of my time. I feel like most of us are just waiting for all the idiots who supported him to see the consequences of their actions over this term. Need to kill that time with quokkas.
