is the way they describe all this extremely blunt and rude even for german directness. It is ridiculously unprofessional & awful behaviour and unacceptable from what is otherwise regarded as a great themepark (3/3)

Like not only do they exclude people from almost all rides, there are no accessible queues or queue skips (which other german theme parks do offer without issue), or any other disability accomodations except for wheelchair rental, ticket discounts, and 6 accessible loos. And on top of all that (2/3)
