I ride a class 3 specialized turbo creo. There is no way I’m riding 28 on a bike path even with the assist on. I use it to get back up the hill where I live. The most problems I’ve seen with e-bikes are the throttle assist fat tires zooming down the bike paths at 20 mph with no need to pedal.
