I spent the morning with the Friends of Lake Hiawatha. We collected 15 pounds of trash from Lake Hiawatha.

On this Labor Day, I am proud to stand with our airport workers and rideshare drivers who are fighting for union rights, fair wages, affordable healthcare, and accessible accommodations.

I’m proud to announce the endorsement of Council Member @jchavezmpls.bsky.social who is the Chair of the Public Health and Safety Committee.

I look forward to our partnership to ensure we expand and establish youth employment programs and comprehensive community safety programs.

It’s time for a new Mayor. I’m not ranking him on my ballot. Let’s remember that he vetoed the budget that included historic investments in immigrant communities. Funding for Mercado Central that he just visited, immigrant legal services, street vendor funding, and funding for a welcoming center.

My Statement on MinnesotaCare for Undocumented Adults.

I am disappointed to see the Minnesota State Legislature take a step and action to strip healthcare from undocumented immigrant adults while pushing to write blanket checks for corporations.
