I like the IDEA intentionally tangling thread among the beads but this isn't the charm to do that with. I'm reweaving it with waxed thread because it's a bit stiffer and easier to work with, then do some cute knot or crimp at the end.

Maybe make the beads on the bottom trans colors too.

He greedily swallowed and this time Vivo could feel the blood spraying from the twin wounds. One of the Master’s hands had gotten on the side of Vivo’s neck and he used it to leverage himself higher up, pinning Vivo’s cock to his stomach with the inside of his thigh. The friction and pressure made his whimpering more desperate but it was drowned out by the Master’s excited growling.
