2/ NGO Project Ploughshares, according to their report, says it was Canadian company L3Harris Wescam, which builds these devices out of Hamilton, Ontario involved in the first two strikes that killed at least 14 people last month.

Our team spent months analyzing hundreds of images and videos, using clues in their posts to identify who some of these people are, geolocate where exactly they've been training, then verifying our findings in person (surveilling members, going to each location).
