If Trump merely said “Happy Birthday” with nothing else in there, just being in the book would be a scandal. And HE (Trump) knows that. But it didn’t say “Happy Birthday”. It essentially said, “We have a bond for diddling children together.” There’s no other way to interpret that. And Trump knows it
