Now that it's nearly Xmas season, I always vaguely remember this Red Lobster commercial from either the late 80's/early 90's, where this clearly wealthy family are all Xmas shopping, and decide to meet back up afterwards at the Red Lobster. Lol I always thought that was the pinnacle of being rich.

I've been avoiding a software update on my phone for about a year now, and it finally just auto-updated a couple of nights ago. It's been like 2 days, and I'm still trying to adjust to the new aesthetic. It's almost like the cell phone version of when they change stuff at the grocery store.

I decided to go with some pork chops on the cast iron skillet. I tried incorporating some apple (since we still have tons from a farmer's market visit last month), and it gave it a nice flavor.

I basically spent all of yesterday binge-watching the 10 episode season of Dexter: Resurrection (2025), and had its ups and downs, overall I enjoyed it. And what a cast. From Peter Dinklage and Uma Thurman, to David Dastmalchian and Krysten Ritter.

The Gremlin decided to start massaging the bottom of my legs and knees with her baby lotion. I've never been to a spa, so this is probably the closest I'll ever get to being "pampered", and I'll take it, lol.
