The Covington Century ride this morning. Completed 61-miles. Smooth, even pavement so it was a good ride. Felt good afterwards.

Eat. Sleep. Conquer. Repeat. I'm back on the pavement since August 2023. Brickyard Sprint Duathlon. Wasn't expecting anything. Crossed the finish line in 1 hour 14 minutes and ended up placing 3rd overall and 1st in my AG.
