Okay pals, I've guested on many podcasts in my time but this one is special and I must insist you give it a listen, regardless of whether or not you are a fan of Star Trek Enterprise, starring Scott Bakula, T-Pain, Padma Lakshmi, and a Swamp Hick.
A bumper episode this week as @skepchick.org, who has never watched Enterprise or listened to our show, guest ‘splains the #startrek ENT episode Precious Cargo to our crew. It went just about as magnificently as expected. Bonus points if you catch all the different ways she pronounces ‘T’Pol’!

As a professional wet blanket, it is my displeasure to say that no, you are not getting a flying car. Also, you don't want one.🧵

Have your nationalistic feelings been inflamed in these dark times?

This Canada day, let that destructive fervor be manipulated into purchasing fine Canadian literature!

Stealing from Wizards, it's hideously Canadian!

An excellent book that you should read.
I don't know who needs to hear this but I wrote a book about why we hate some animals so very, very much.

And also why we LOVE some animals...even when they cause some of the same problems as the animals we love to hate!

Anyway it's on sale. www.harpercollins.com/products/pes...

We have a Malcolm-focused episode dropping today "Malcolm Gets Poked!" where we cover the #startrek Enterprise episode "Minefield". It starts with an awkward breakfast and then HOLY CRAP things are blowing up. Can Archer and Malcolm navigate a literal and metaphorical minefield? Also, Romulans.
