a variation on the "if those kids could read" meme from King of the Hill. In the first frame, Bobby has taped a large note to the school window and is pointing accusingly inside. The image of the note has been replaced with a (crudely pasted) image of the streaming negative comments in Pepito's house. In the second frame, Hank has taken down the note and is scolding Bobby, saying "If those kids could read they'd be very upset", except "those kids" has been crossed out and replaced with "that cat", and an image of Pepito wearing a white collar and red tie has been pasted in among the kids looking out from the classroom.
