Because I refuse to cancel any obligation if I can avoid it, I’m holed up at the Ingleside Resort in Pewaukee, WI for the Midwinter Gaming Convention during I think the worst storm we’ve seen in a few years. Here we are 4 hours into a 36-hour blizzard. Gonna be a weird weekend.

Back in May on Twitter I set a goal for myself of hiking as many miles as hours I put into Tears of the Kingdom this year. Just got my Nintendo year end wrap-up... officially logged 95 hours in Tears. My hiking spreadsheet says I did 119 miles. Fuck yeah.

Target was sold out of their regular N-95s (hey COVID wave!) but they had a bunch of this weird off brand on clearance. Wasn’t sure why at first but maybe the fact that they have “daddy baby” printed on them is part of it.
