"Your future is a horror story written by your crimes," is such an absolute A+ literary line that you'd be forgiven for forgetting it comes from the Muppets.

Hey Premier Dave, stop looking as if you're taking Ken Sim seriously, even if you too are a patsy for real estate money & are pursuing the same Poilievre-esque policies on housing as the Chip Wilson-backed Sim is.

On some level, Dave, you know Ken Sim is the Rishi Sunak of mayors.

This photo was taken during an overnight houseboat cruise on the backwaters of Kerala, India. The tour was based out of Alappuzha. Rice paddies are in the background. Quite relaxing. @peculiarbookclub.bsky.social folks might like to post artistic photos to this #ArtAdventCalendar.

Day 3. #ArtAdventCalendar
I painted this 8”x8” sometime back in 2022, and I love remembering the calm, almost meditative feeling I had while I was creating that hazy, atmospheric horizon with my brushes… and then the sand and grass textures on the shore with a palette knife.

Peaceful Seaside, oil.
