I’ll be voting YES on Question 1 on my ballot. It would allow St Paul to use administrative citations to enforce its local ordinances.
A yes vote is supported by the DFL, labor unions, faith groups, and more. Check it out!

I hope you’ll join me.

Joined more than 90 childcare providers in Brainerd. Time to address the childcare crisis in Minnesota.

This crew of providers, educators, and families are building power to make childcare available and affordable. #KidsCountOnUs

Minnesota deserves real solutions to keep our kids and communities safe. Passing gun violence prevention legislation requires Republican votes and Minnesotans need Republicans to commit to serious solutions.

Over the last years, we’ve done a lot together. It is good to be in the fight for Minnesota with someone who shares the hope for our future and the determination to fight for it.

Let’s roll, Governor Walz.

Going on strike takes courage and the wisdom to know that bargaining together drives better wages and benefits. In Trump’s inflation economy, workers need a wage increase.

In solidarity and support, I’m with you Teamsters 320. Your work at the U of M keeps the place running.

Another horrible installment of gun violence in America.

On Labor Day, we reflect on decades of work to protect and advance the dignity, security, and rights of working people.

Tomorrow we return to that work knowing working people, their families, and their power are deeply threatened.

With love and solidarity, have a happy, powerful Labor Day.

Met up with Mark Legvold @legvold4mnsenate58.bsky.social and his wife, Lisa. Mark is running for the Senate in SD58. His experience, strength, and humility shape this farmer’s candidacy. Get to know him.

Home from a study trip with @NCSLorg & colleagues from America & Ireland. People expressed grief and outrage over horrific political violence.

They honored Melissa & Mark Hortman and John & Yvette with personal stories.

This loss is profound.

Today, a wise soul brought therapy dogs to the MN Senate. This is Bala, great uncle to Gilbert. 💙

They are called therapy dogs for good reason. 🐾

US Senator Mike Lee used his platform to inflict more pain on Minnesota.
