It’s not the first time. Reagan faced the same issue in 1985 and various presidents have been inaugurated indoors. In fact, LBJ was inaugurated on an airplane, but that was under unique circumstances, for obvious reasons.

I stayed with MP3s and have a few gigs of them with some iTunes downloads. I have a few WMA and AAC files. I have experimented with Vorbis and Apple Lossless. I might give Winamp a spin again if I can find it!
