The balance of power is changing vis-a-vis Turkey and Russia. Moscow has less leverage over Ankara's Syria policies, is weaker in the Black Sea, has lost influence in Armenia and elsewhere, and soon TurkStream will be the last pipeline Russia has to Europe.
