Footage shows officers from agencies including US Customs and Border Protection and ICE arresting people in public spaces, in places of work and outside residences. In some cases, it was unclear what agency officers were with due to a lack of clear identification.

AIS data (left) and satellite imagery showed Zafar in Djibouti in late November. It is here that vessels entering Houthi controlled Yemen must report for inspection.

Zafar switched AIS back on once it was back out in the Black Sea. It was pictured by @yoruk.bsky.social passing through the Bosphorus Strait on October 14. See the matching lettering on the side of the vessel as well as the distinctive cream-coloured cranes in both images.
