I'm not sure I agree with that. I'm pretty sure they know what to fear. I mean the whole thing was covered pretty well by Hopper in A Bug's Life. Besides, they can throw the book at someone without levying stupid charges like terrorism and stalking, alienating everyone who's been stalked ever.

Be careful though, this is a rough dramatization of what happened once I got to the action. It's hot you guys; don't start any brush fires or anything.
