Okay, I meant that as a joke, and yet, here's the First Battlecruiser Squadron (1929), HMS Inconceivable, HMS Impregnable, HMS Inconstant and HMS Intemperate. With, as requested, 20" guns, 35 knots (and a bit more on trials), and minimal armor.

I'm not sure if blinds is the correct term, the German word in this case is Rollladen. As you can see, theyre pretty solid (and if you roll them down entirely, you get rid of the small light gaps as well)
