You know what I really miss about Livejournal? I miss the fan fiction writers’ group I was a member of. I liked being able to share writing, but also discuss different fan fiction specific approaches to creating, how we could improve, give and receive advice, play with prompts, write drabbles, etc.

I just saw a bunch of young’uns talking about how impressive it is than Sean Paul can still move at his age. Kids, he’s 52. Anything above thirty is archaic now, I guess.

Alex and I are home now. We’ve been fed and watered (cats included), and now we’re in our respective cozy spots for the rest of the evening (with donuts 🍩). I might do some of those tavqotds. I’ve missed a lot this week, and I feel like indulging in some fun nonsense after the few days I’ve had. 😅

Waited in line to get my health card renewed. I had to remind myself that an hour’s wait isn’t actually that bad. Also reminded myself that I’ve never had to pay a dime for a hospital stay, surgery, visit to the ER, test, or anything. So, yeah - an hour’s wait for a health card renewal is nothing.
