I almost wondered if they weren't using DMV records to target people just based off names that look 'foreign or brown'. I just couldn't wrap my head around how a US citizen could be targeted. Shocked to see she had been pulled over 3X before but was it by ICE.

Bigger problem is yes Venezuela controls the resource but read there is illegal mining and smuggling by armed groups down there. Some of it's in protected rainforest areas it looks like.

Damn, thanks for clarifying that info. I literally Googled Venezuelan resources past week and didn't believe it was for their heavy, sour crude. Only our Gulf refineries can handle that. I couldn't find any info on rare earths. Makes way more sense now.

In addition to communication issues, honest thoughts trickle out with frontotemporal dementia. Buckle up. Stage 3 to stage 4. My dad had COPD and refused at home oxygen therapy. He declined in behavior & had frontal lobe oxygen deprivation issues near end. Inside thoughts came out involuntarily.
