I read people posts that the cuts will hurt hospitals and medical schools. I did a quick calculation and $3.8 billion will be lost for hospitals and medical schools. Do you think adding a table for that topic will help people see the everyday in impact of the cuts?

Any idea some awards have zero or negative direct costs?

I'm not in academia. Can you go over how you calculated the direct and indirect costs? I looked at the NIH data for each award, and their numbers don't match your numbers. I looked at UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA ANCHORAGE. The total funding matches, but indirect and direct costs are different.
