For catching rays it is great. Not a great drivers car so V8 is pointless and rather sad to be honest. Mustang needs PP2 and a manual to be a decent drivers car and at that point one should just get a 350 or 350R.

I'm so glad that portion of the article totally distracted you from his goofball comment that American manufacturers and their enthusiasts don't care about the Nürburgring! Yet another Ars article written by a complete dope. His priority appears to be comedy rather than reality.

I game on a 5800X3D. It's 3 years old. Aside from gaming performance the 5800X3D is a meh CPU. The Max Plus 395 matches the 9800X3D in performance but, again, X3D chips are meh performers outside of gaming. Compare the performance of a 395 (on battery) to a 16 core M4 Max to get a reality check.

Russell handily beat Hamilton this year even though he had his Spa win taken away from him. Hamilton wanted to quit the Qatar race and basically gave up on his season in Brazil. A sad end.

As someone who just installed Linux on a retired gaming PC I can say with certainty don't buy any PC parts that required proprietary control software (fans, lighting, AIO coolers, etc.) that is not available for Linux.
For maximum compatibility you are better off with Windows 11.

Carlos placed 3rd. He has had a brilliant season considering all the mistakes the team has made. Ferrari are fighting for the constructors championship precisely because Carlos is helping the team until the very end of the season. Compare him to Hamilton who wanted to bail on Mercedes after Brazil.
