Ireland
There are numerous reports of police throughout UK arresting protestors against genocide and telling citizens that support for Palestinians is the same as support for the prescribed 'terrorist organisation '

It's a slippery slope as to what protest a Government decides is terrorism

84% of Americans want immediate ceasefire.

Only 27% back Netanyahu.

Only 31% of Americans *don’t* believe Israel is committing a genocide.

The official death toll in Gaza doesn't include:
- Palestinians whose bodies remain trapped under the rubble.
- Palestinians whose bodies were torn apart by Israel’s bombs.
- Palestinians who could not be brought to a hospital/morgue.

Across Europe, you're probably correct. In Ireland, I'm not so sure you are.

Agree 100% - they have stamped all over the supposed European values I naively thought were hardcoded into the project.

The fact we don't get to vote for the EU Commission President, paired with Germany's disproportionate influence on things like Gaza, has coloured me wary of it

Don't underestimate how many people in Ireland make it their business to be well read into politics , we are a small country - it's important to look outside.

I'd say VDL's performance, especially on Gaza, has created the most dissatisfaction with EU politics since the bank bailout.
