As an american of african-ancestry (with an athletically professional pedigree & a dad who's LGBT) 3 Q's:

1. Empathically speaking, how are you all holding-up (spiritually, emotionally & physically)?

And part of the toxic-irony is that what the bad-faithers call 'free-speech' violates the 1st amendment (which explicitly calls out obscene-words & fighting-words as un-protected)

So not only does personal-pain in the brain come from toxic word-rain...violent-speech is not protected speech👊🏾
