In the film Kelley’s character says ‘There are those who will stand on the bodies of others for power… and when they come they will not be wearing a uniform’

Now who does that remind you of???

Sadly missed it but absolute credit to @lb-southwark.bsky.social running a 'Guided Cycle Consultation' where Officers actually got out & cycled with residents to consult changes. People saying it was the best consultation they've ever seen. FANTASTIC progress that every Council should copy.

But Farage doesn’t Give AF
You may have missed this gem yesterday. From which we learn that:

1. Betting shops are really good for the mental health of isolated people.
2. Most drug-takers are not a problem.
3. Kids put tuppence in slot machines in the hope of getting rich.
4. Farage probably has a gambling industry donor.

Let’s not forget NGN ruined Mr Jefferies life. Painted a picture of him as a deviant loner distracting the police from who the REAL killer was.
This week, News Group Newspapers (NGN), publishers of The Sun and the defunct News of the World, offered Mr Jefferies a public apology at the High Court for alleged phone hacking, tapping of calls, and the blagging of his private information.
